Sales Policy

Shipping and Delivery

  • Riyadh city: One to two working days.
  • Cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 working days.
  • Outside of Saudi Arabia: 3 to 10 working days, and the period may be longer in some cases beyond our control.


Sales, Exchange and Return Policy

  • The warranty covers maintenance of the watch against technical malfunctions only .
  • The warranty does not include replacement unless the watch cannot be repaired.


substitution

  • The customer has the right to request a product replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The exchange request is submitted by contacting the store via the WhatsApp number shown at the bottom of the page.


Return

  • The customer has the right to return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
  1. Contact the store on the same day you receive the product via the WhatsApp number listed at the bottom of the page.
  2. The return policy was issued by the technical support team.
  3. Return the product in its original condition as purchased, unused, with the original box, warranty card, original invoice, and all attachments.
  4. The product arrives at the store and is inspected to ensure it is safe and has not been used or damaged in any way.
  • Shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount , whether it is the shipping fee for sending or returning, even if the order was shipped to the customer for free.

Product non-compliance

  • The customer has the right to exchange or return the product if it does not match the image or description displayed on the website, without any additional compensation.
  • If an alternative product is not available, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any additional compensation.


Attachments and Add-ons

  • In the event of the loss of any subsidiary product (such as: invoice, warranty card, box, or any other accessory) as a result of an unintentional error, the customer shall be compensated only for the missing item, without compensation for the main product (whether it is a watch, pen, glasses, or other).


Cancel order

  • The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the full amount paid in the following cases:
  • Product unavailable.
  • There is a technical problem preventing the request from being fulfilled.


government fees

  • The customer bears all government fees and customs duties incurred on orders shipped from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Offers, Discounts and Electronic Payment Policy

  • Some payment methods, offers, and discounts may not be available in certain geographical locations outside of Saudi Arabia.


Maintenance Policy

  • The warranty does not cover:
  • Fracture.
  • Damage resulting from misuse.
  • The expected maintenance period is 15 to 40 working days depending on the type of fault, and this includes the shipping time after the maintenance is completed.
